As someone who thrives on structure and planning, I’ve often found myself trying to control every detail of life. But over time, I’ve realized that this need for control can become a source of tension and energy drain.
Trying to force outcomes – pushing against closed doors – rarely leads to fulfillment. What does bring clarity and peace is learning to let go, to trust the process, and to stay open to the opportunities that arise along the way.
Meditation has been a powerful tool for me in this journey. It helps me release the grip of control and reconnect with a sense of flow. As Yung Pueblo wisely says:
“Going with the flow does not mean to sit passively and expect everything to work out. Going with the flow means you don’t cause yourself stress by fighting changes that are out of your control.”
