So often I notice that I am ahead of myself...
Thinking about what’s next, what could be better, what still needs fixing.
And meanwhile… my life is happening now.
Through meditation practice, I have learned that every experience only ever happens in this moment.
Not in the next one. Not once things calm down. Not after I arrive somewhere else.
That’s why I keep coming back to this simple affirmation:
Be here now.
Be where your feet are.
Be where your breath is.
Nothing fancy. No perfect presence. Just a gentle return.
To this conversation. This task. This breath.
Because the irony is: while we’re searching for “another” moment, we often miss the one that’s already here.
Stop rushing through your life!
Enjoy the moment!
