Most of us don’t run out of energy overnight.
It usually happens slowly, almost unnoticed.
I saw this pattern in myself as well:
The early signals are there – poor sleep, tension, fading focus – but they are easy to ignore.
And at the same time, it feels tempting to postpone rest until “things calm down”, or until the weekend, or the summer vacation.
But by the time we finally pause, we’re no longer renewing energy.
We’re actually trying to recover from damage.
The truth is: rest isn’t an emergency measure. It works best as a daily practice.
So today, I am recharging in a small, simple way by taking a short walk outside without my phone.
What might that be for you?
